2100W 50-Pound SDS-Hex Jack Hammer

Over the past couple of months, we've decided to redo our backyard. This required a lot of work, including bringing up some concrete we no longer need. Obviously that's pretty impossible by hand, but with this breaker hammer it makes it so much easier. This thing can chew through concrete like paper in a shredder. Now to be fair, it's not as strong as more industrial options I've seen, but for my use it's definitely strong enough. The case could be better, but it gets the job done and is nice to be able to roll around instead of carrying it.

We would have given this 5 stars but it's heavy! That being said it works great and does the job!

PROS:
Can convert between a drilling or a chiseling function with switch of dial which we found very useful when breaking up our pool deck.

20A motor with 85 JOULES impact energy, this is a serious machine
0-1650 BPM and 2100 W output ...this is a heavy duty machine for the work load and price
Not difficult to switch bits if you need to mid job, which was a big plus for us
Love the feature that prevents and reduces the high torque if the bit jams, help reduce the reverberation
Despite the weight it's rather easy to control and use...which we found surprising
Noisy but not crazy loud
Made from aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy for a solid work horse machine
Has a fan system in it to prevent overheating!
Requires normal voltage which is good and makes it easier to use at home.

CONS:
It's heavy at 60lbs but works great.

I Can recommend.

Good:
-Functions well.
-Powerful.
-Power button is easy use.

Bad:
-The design of the case could be better.
-No lubricating grease is included, but the product was oiled.
-We found that when we attached the bit, it was difficult to tell if it was securely locked in.

I ordered the Berserker Breaker Hammer 1-1/8 Inch SDS-Hex 20 Amp Vibration Control Strong power 1650 BPM 85 Joules Impact Energy,60 lb 125k. We like this heavy duty hammer for it’s performance. As non professionals, this tool was easy to control and use. I did not like the weight and vibration of this tool, but it was expected. Overall, we have rocky terrain and this hammer will be helpful for our diy projects. Four stars because the case did not work for us.

First things first. This "size 60" jackhammer is not a full-size jackhammer. It is significantly smaller than a full-size jackhammer. It still packs a powerful punch, but if you primarily need to break up big concrete slabs, this jackhammer is not your best choice.

Now, with that said, the first thing you’ll notice when you receive this jackhammer is how heavy the box is. This Berserker jackhammer is a surprisingly heavy/beefy piece of equipment. And it seems to be really well-made too. I have been very impressed with it so far.

However, with that said, I’ve only used this jackhammer once so far. I used it to bust up a three-inch-thick concrete equipment pad. The pad was 3-feet by 5-feet and I broke it all up into small(ish) pieces in about 30 minutes. So, yes, I am quite pleased with the performance of this Berserker jackhammer. It made pretty quick work of the job. Of course, picking the busted concrete up and hauling it away is another matter. It did none of that for me. 😊

If you’re looking for a beefy and capable mid-sized jackhammer, I think this one is a pretty solid choice. Especially given the fact that it’s priced really well compared to similar jackhammers from the well-known brands. At this jackhammer’s current sub-$500 price, I really don’t see how you can go wrong.

This is a very nicely designed & built "jack hammer". It feels solid and good quality. I am a small person (<135 lbs, 5'4") and was hoping to be able to handle this breaker hammer to demo a cracked concrete driveway. It is a little too heavy and too much vibration / jumping around for me. I had to hire extra help for this. Certainly, most people won't have this problem, but if you are a small person like me, please keep this in mind when making your purchase decision.
This Berserker breaker hammer is my second tool from Berserker. Overall, this is a new brand but they make good quality products. I will keep an eye on this brand for future tool needs.
