Shipping Fee & Time

Free shipping for all orders in the United States and its territories, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small islands outside the U.S. mainland. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA. Products shipped are normally delivered within 7 business days after placing the order.

Shipping Orders

Orders will be shipped within 12-48 hours after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through www are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Sales Tax

Product price includes tax, customers do not need to pay tax.

Shipping and Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA. Orders are shipped via our US warehouse.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
